LA INVISIBLE STUDIO
Founded in 2002 by Maria Güell Ordis and established in 2004, La Invisible is based in Barcelona.
The studio is composed of a small team and a large network of regular collaborators who over the years have become key members of the team. These professionals come from various disciplines such as architecture, urban planning, graphic design, electronics, control systems, and assembly technicians.
The studio develops all kinds of lighting-related projects, selecting those that spark interest and present new challenges for the team. Research and experimentation with light and its applications in different disciplines are key components of their work. When designing, light is considered a material that interacts with space through its relationship with the different materials that make it up. Current technology and the possibilities it offers for controlling and adapting light are also taken into account. The goal is to give maximum meaning to spaces with minimal intervention.
